Hello,

I am putting all the pieces together to install a 2000 LS1 into my 74 Corvette. I traded the original 350 Chevy for the LS1, however, the LS1 did not come with a transmission. There is a 4L60E from a 03 Chevy Express with a 5.3 motor for sale locally. The question is will it fit / work properly and what parts do I need to make this work?

It will work fine. The only real difference between it and one that originally came on your LS1 is the shift shaft is a little longer to accommodate the range sensor that the trucks have.
