Default 6.2-6.0 question

I have in my shop now an 07 Denali with the 6.2 that I'm guessing without pulling the head has an apparent cylinder 4 piston problem
Pulled the plugs to check compression while trying to diagnose a dead miss in cylinder 4 and hell of a rattle. Found the electrode on that plug was bent over and flattened out
Compression in 2 is 220
Compression in 4 is 110
And 6 is 215

Would I be able to replace the 6.2 with my lq9 I am in the process of putting back together for my swap
I know the cam and timing cover would have to be changed out and I'm guessing the heads won't work between the 05 lq9 and the 07 l92 because of the intake
It's an option I was going to give to the customer simply for the fact that I could sell him that one and swap over what was needed on his for less than what a rebuild on that l92 would cost him.
I'm just wondering what kind of headaches would I be getting myself into and would it be worth the hassle in order to have the 6.2 for my build instead of the 6.0
Any input would be great

your lq9 is probably a 24x reluctor, the 6.2 would be 58x

there is a tuner here that claims to be able to convert the pcm to 24x with a flash.

Well as said you would have to swap reluctor wheels to do it right but that means taking out the crank, sending both of them in to have them switched, then shipping back to you and reassembly. it's no small easy cheap task.
