I have started rebuilding my coupe. I pulled the old modified on3 ford kit off and sold it. Then i and picked up a set of truck manifolds to start my new build.

I put my turbo drain in the timing cover just like you but my stock truck balancer wouldn't clear. How close is yours to the balancer? Had to cap it and move to the oil pan on mine.

Looks good. I must have welded my bung a little to close to the crank side of timing cover. It only liked probably a 1/16 inch clearing the pulley. Oh well I'm going to try again in the timing cover when the 4.8 blows and I go to a 6.0

Im switching refinery's Don. I have been working a **** ton of OT to offset the 8 weeks of training pay. I'm back on night shift until friday. The eastwood tig is really nice. I'm not very good at aluminum yet but I have plenty of scrap to practice on. Just no time. Today I got the crank bolt installed, catch can relocated, dipstick tube relocated, fans wired, water pump installed, and I worked on the cold side routing. I'll have the correct length belt tomorrow too. I hope to get the last few welds done this week and crank her up next week
