Price mainly. It's more or less the equivalent of a Dynasty 200 and I saved thousands even with the water cooler. Also my miller unit blew up which I'm assuming is not their fault but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I have them oriented forward and down. Plenty of room.

Made some progress on the front of the car. Fabricated a tubular cross beam to replace the factory one in order to provide adequate room for the intercooler. There will be a lot of progress this week.
You can see the brackets for the intercooler. The radiator brackets may also tie into this piece.
And here is the Ic all mounted.
I tried to get it fairly centered with the way it is layed out. I'm very happy so far.

As you can see I cut a large hole in the chassis to fit everything. I'm removing all of the brackets from the TT and I have to figure out mounting. Everything lines up nice. I don't think I need to mod the tunnel

I keep an eye on these builds. I like the idea of using the tq tune setup. It takes a lot of work I bet.
A local guy had a red one like your I could of got for $1500. I thought about it, then ruled it out.
