Anyone got a clue what company makes this exact harness? 0411 pcm style

Im trying to figure out more specifically what is what in the fusebox. Never seen a company use that style fusebox in a aftermarket harness

Any ideas? Thanks

That fuse box looks very similar to the one that comes with the GMPP harnesses. Presumably it is some GM application.
