Ls1 swap egr/evap/misc pcm deletes?

Ls1 swap egr/evap/misc pcm deletes? Got my 03 c5 swap running and have a bunch of codes
P0412, 418, 443,449, 452, 463, 645, 803, 804, 1433, 1571, and 1689. I believe they are all things I don't need. I have efi live and am wondering if I just tell the computer not to see them. Or do I need to do any fuel/ignition timing after deleting any of them? Thanks for any help you can provide.
