Default what hole size for ls f-body wheel studs

I'm going to be putting C6 brakes on my 71 Cutlass. I want to switch to the larger 1/2 wheel studs. I'm using the drum hubs in front and f-body backing plates in the rear.

The f-body ls cars use 1/2" wheel studs, right?

What size do I need to drill out the drum hubs to fit the same size studs in that. I need to know exactly because this is a one chance mod.

Thanks

Go look at the ARP wheel stud catalog and see what will work for you.

Anything oem gm newer than about 1980 is metric.Get the nuts that are recommended for your wheels and base your stud size upon that.

I used ARP studs for a Honda. I was able to used some sandpaper roll on a die grinder, and just home the stud holes till the marks from the old studs where gone. They are M12 studs.
