Try this 7 bucks and I bet you it runs cooler or do a surge tank . Either one should work all I know is the minute I blocked mine the car ran hotter.

yea we have that hose at work i can grab may try it my exuast is right there so idk if it will fit but u think a surge tank off the heater ports is a good idea? i also did order a 160 thermostat
if i run the surge tank off them ports should i do them both 8an or make one 6 and one 8? got a buddy who said he would weld me up a tank

I don't think it matters as long as there is flow.

So your not driving this yet, right? The real question is, does it stay cool when you drive it or not. If it does, then it is a air flow issue and you need a bigger fan setup, if not it is a radiator issue. I have fought with a similar issue on my S10, and for me it is now all about my crappy fans.

it cooled fine Wile driving as long as I wasn't boosting with just the 2 fans added a pusher and it was fine got a better radiator anyways and will use my 3 fans again
