I hear you on farming things out.. can be frustrating, slow and costly and even disappointing depending upon quality of the work. My radiator came off the shelf from Speedway and arrived in about 3 days. I fabbed up and welded on the shroud in a few hours.
It isn't huge. 26" x 19" if I remember. One of the smallest available as it fits between the stock horseshoe mount for the fenders. It cools fine, including AC on, high ambients and sitting in traffic.
Considering cutting / drilling extra holes in the shroud for air flow at speed, but have had no need. Never seen over 195F on the temp gauge. Gauge reads 180F - ish on a cold day on the highway. Never looked at the PCM output temps, but guess they are within 5F or 10F.
In short, I bet yours will cool great.

Doug - Ya your radiator isn't much bigger then mine yet your engine is 3x bigger! Should mean I am good on cooling.
And yes it is a pain sending things out and adds up quick. I guess this is what it feels like being the end user. Normally at work I am the one telling people give me a couple more days and to please understand the delay. Now I know the feeling that the person on the other end of the phone feels. Its just part of this industry.
Videos will be posted! Lots of little things to finish before it actually drives (gas tank, throttle cable brackets, tightening up all rear suspension, stuff like that). I will be sure to throw my harnesses on just in case... But still, by the end of Monday, I better be driving it!

As promised, the bug went up and down the street today. Bad news is that somehow I broke a shifter cable. Officially lasted 2 miles. Guessing I got a dud. So I am done for now. I got it tuned pretty good up to 3500 rpms. Took the gf for a ride and she recorded it. I was stuck in 2nd the whole time so don't mind that. Will be fixed tomorrow. I will have to say that everything rattles. I will fix that later as well. Enjoy and listen to that blower whine!

Thnks guys. It is a great moment to me! I'm sure everyone who has done this much work has felt the same way the first time they got to drive the car they have put this much work in to. It's a real good feeling.

Tipsy - Yes I agree. Camera the other way next time. She was afraid she was going to drop her phone so next time I will hard mount something up.
Jimbo - No more redos! Everything from here on out is going together for the last time (beside that stupid shifter cable!)
Hokeplaya05 - I should be posting those videos soon. Probably this weekend if I had to guess. The tune still needs a lot of work. Haven't taken it over 3500 rpms or 1/3 throttle yet and very curious to see what kind of power it makes over that rpm. The bottom end TQ is amazing so far. Instant boost at 2000 rpms!

Alright guys. I got my replacement shifter cable installed. I tweaked the tune a little more and took it for another spin. The tune was on the fat side but close enough to get on it for the first time. Lets just say 1st gear is worthless and 2nd is halfway worthless. But it runs good! My ears are ringing due to how loud the blower is. Well worth it. If i had a copilot, i would have posted a video. Maybe tomorrow. Sorry. More then happy with tonights outcome. Officially have 7 miles on it. There is a hotchkis auto-x next weekend. I am going to try my best to make it. Even if its not 100% done. All door and window seals showed up today so i just have a lot of assembly to do to get to that point....and tuning

Who needs door seals for auto X lol

And forget about door seals, who even needs doors? I got some bars there to hold me in! I do need to put the fenders on. I keep getting hit with rocks when I drive.
