Default Project "LSZ"

Well, i'm almost to the fun part! New motor mounts and crossmember just got here, so the LS1 is almost ready to drop in the old Iroc-z.

Looks like plenty of you have already been through this, so i might need some help during the process. I'm also curious as to what kind of 1/8mi times you guys are getting out of third gen swaps. My car will have a few mods (comp cams 230/230 - 591/591, ported heads, TH350 with 3500 stall, 4:10 gear, dual 3" flowmaster exhaust, race weight with aluminum headed 406 was 3180lbs) so i would like to have a idea of what to expect.

you could always go to teh speartech website and compare with his 3rd gen he built, he documented his track times pretty well with what he ran and what he ran it with. I have no doubt you have mid 11 second potential the way it is. Awesome car btw
