Default part numbers? # for oil filler cap?

I'm trying to get the part number for the oil filler cap for any LS1, LQ4 motor. This is driving me crazy. GM ordered me the wrong one and GMpartsdirect doesn't show it in any of it's catalogs. This is really starting to **** me off. I do have the part number for something that is really hard to find if anyone's been looking for it also. It's the hose that comes off the TB and goes to the radiator. It's 15041308
I also have some other ones that might be useful,

There are always LS1 Oil Filler caps on EBay, and cheaper than a Dealer I'm sure. I know that is not your part number, but maybe a useful alternative

Looking for sealed or vented style?

I've got a sealed style you can have for shipping if you want it. Probably 3-4 bucks.

If you have a stock PCV system use the sealed unit. Last I heard the jury was still out on the vented style. I picked up one on ebay and will be trying it on my custom PCV system. I've had perpetual issues with spitting oil out of the rear main at high RPM, so I'm hoping this setup will alleviate that. I'll put up a post with my findings when I get it put together this spring.

The cap is no problem, I have that, I just need the tube that it goes on.
