Anyone know the height of a magnuson heartbeat ls7 blower from the front china wall?

Yes. Some people call the front and/or rear "wall" of the block a china wall. I've heard this term for decades. I did a very quick search for "china wall" on this website and came up with many threads including:

I am 70 and been heavily into all things automotive since my teens (cue Wayback Machine...) and have NEVER heard of the "china wall"

Engine builders are very familiar with the term china wall ...it is where the base of the manifod meets the engine block.

I thought it was the spot at the Great Wall of China where they sling the ProComp parts over with a guy catching 50 percent of them on the other side.
