THese are the parts I have on order for LS1 into 67 Camaro. I have a diagram of this drawn up on my fquick, it is also discussed in our swap thread. If you are going to build your own hoses, it is critical that you use a system rated for power steering use (like the Russel Powerflex line). All fittings must be steel! No aluminum in this stretch.
AER-FBM2608 $13.95 (1) Straight, Steel, -6AN to 16mm 1.5 male with o-ring.
$13.95 P/S Pump adapter
AER-FBM2965 $6.95 (1) Adapter, Steel, 11/16 inv Flair to -6AN
$6.95 P/S Gear adapter, pressure side
AER-FBM2964 $6.95 (1) Adapter, Steel, 5/8 Flare to -6AN
$6.95 P/S Gear adapter, return side
RUS-620421 $12.95 (3) Fitting, Hose end, 90 Degree, Power steering -6AN
$38.85 Power steering
RUS-632600 $18.88 (2) Hose, Powerflex, -6AN, 3ft
$37.76 Power steering hose
Even though you don't need the fancy line on the return side, we wanted the same look for both lines. You can save a little on the hose and one fitting if you use a barb and regular 3/8 fuel hose.

All part number listed are the Summit numbers, a couple fittings we sourced from other places, but when we started putting together the fluid hookup infor, I decided to list everything from one source, so I picked Summit as just about everyone has an account with them.
