Ls1 into 240sx question
Ok I'm doing a 2000 ls1 into a 96 s14 swap. I have everything for the swap just about finished up. I have one small question that I can't seem to find the answer to. So here it goes, I noticed that the ls1 has a feed for the fuel but no return, and the 240 has a feed and a return for fuel. So in this case is there anything special the ls1 does to return fuel, and what kind of fuel system will I need to run. Thanks

most LS1 have returnless fuel systems, except for the 98 and under fbody's and corvettes. I dont know exactly what you would do in the 240 but im sure someone will chime in. In any case it wouldnt be a big deal, probably very easy to get around...good luck sorry i couldnt exactly help

The corvette FPR is where the fuel is diverted back into the gas tank.
Here is a picture of mine. You can see one line goes to the fuel rail. and on the other side, one is the feed line from the gas tank, and the other goes into the return line to the gas tank.
What are you doing for a fuel pressure regulator?

anyway, the vette deal is the most common and easiest method of filtering/regulating.
i got mine from rockauto on ebay for $40

im sorry man, but are you for real? i hope im not misunderstanding you, but it looks like you suggested the CORVETTE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR (FPR) and then asked what he's doing about one.

that corvette filter is also a pressure regulator.
its a convenient and inexpensive unit that is easy to replace and easy to hook up.
I ditched my previous setup with a pricey aeromotive adjustable FPR and in line filter so that I could run the simpler and cost effective Vette FPR like shown above by Brismo7.
its a nice setup and as you can see you can use regular rubber fuel hose (rated for high pressure!) and hose clamps instead of expensive fittings and adapters.
