I am trying to locate the stainless hose that connects to the TO bearing on an LS1 T56. I can get one from the dealer, but it comes with the MC attached. I don't need the MC, since that end will be cut off and modified with an AN-4 fitting. Does anyone have any solutions?

You are correct, I don't think they sell that item seperately. Might ask for a used (or broken) master in the Parts Wanted section. Someone might have one laying around.

Or maybe call McLeod and ask if they have those lines, since they use one for their billet Masters. Maybe they have those lines in stock?
