Default help, ls1 carb problam
I put a 6.0 in my 98 Camaro and want to put a Edelbrock victor JR intake and a carb on it. Has any one done this and if so will it fit under the windshield? I have a tall cowl hood so that wont be a problam. Any ideas? Please help.

you will need to cut the cowl back and probly loose you wipers, the rear 1/2 of the carb will be under the cowl area

the victor intake is super tall. i have it installed on my 69 camaro and that thing is huge with the demon carb on top. im not sure if my stock 2'' cowl hood will fit.

Yea thats what i thought too. Any ideas on an air cleaner. Dont think a 14in K&N will work. Any one have any pix's of this swap done in a 4th gen?

iv done it you have 2 lose the wipers u got to cut a good bit
