79 malibu swap question not sure if this should go here or in transmission.. going to be starting on my 6.0/4l80 swap soon.. i havent had any luck searching, does anyone make a 4l80 crossmember for a gbody? or am i on my own with this one..

Making a crossmember is easy. If you can't maybe there is one available, search for the dimensions of GM transmissions maybe it works with a th400 crossmember or something.

Rick Fisher "Iceman" makes a g-body crossmember for a 4L60e and t56, he may also make one for a 4l80e. You can contact him on the maliburacing site or search "g-body crossmember" on ebay.

i gave him a call a week ago.. i think im going to try the 6 speed cross member and modify it a little bit.. his kit seems like the easiest way to go as far as getting the 6.0 and 80e in there..
