99 Camaro Convertible Project.

99 Camaro Convertible Project. Hey everyone,
I'm somewhat new to F-bodies. I recently got my hands on a 99 SS, manual, Camaro Convertible. It needs a lot of work and I'm starting to work on the frame getting it straight later on this week. Since it is a convertible, I'm slightly concerned about how much performance the frame/body can handle. I'm not looking at turning it into a forced induction monster or anything like that, however, over time as I get it closer back to fighting condition of increasing performance to about 400-450.
At what power range in the convertibles does HP and Torque start becoming a major issue.
