Ti Exhaust Mod - what changes did you notice
Hey guys, friendly debate with a co-worker who is the new proud owner of stock C5Z06. He's debating the exhaust mod, the bypass piping, and we've ran up a little debate about the changes in sound. He says there will be no, or an imperceptable change to idle and cruise, and will only notice the difference at wide open throttle. I feel you will have some increased idle noise, and some additional cruise noise (none of which is a bad thing, IMO), and definitely more noise when the throttle is opened. So, some of you guys must have experience with this, what are you thoughts and experiences with the sounds of the stock C5Z06 Ti exhaust at idle, cruise, and WOT in comparison with a bypass modded Ti exhaust?

I did the mod ti-mod a few months ago. I like it alot. VERY noticeable at startup when the motor first fires with that initial BRAAAP. No drone or otherwise annoying sound level at cruise but at about 3k rpm with level throttle I do notice its louder than stock. From idle to redline with WOT it really gets loud at about 3k again and wails. Sounds like a cross between a musclecar and an exotic. Never heard anything quite like it.
