Is there anyway to delete the Service Tire Sensor Message

Default Is there anyway to delete the Service Tire Sensor Message

I have a 99 C5 that the tire sensors had been removed from when i bought it. I get tired of having to reset the read out everytime i crank the car is there a way i can delete this so i dont have to deal with annoying message please help!

Nah man...I think you can only do that on the '01s and up

I believe a tuner/shop with LS1 Edit can delete the code or set the paramters so the message does not trigger.

I asked this question awhile ago too....the answer I got was you had to program it out......so I got HPtuner.....well I haven't found a way to program it out with it.

I think the answer is program it out with a tech2 scanner thing that the dealership has....not 100% sure though.

It sure is annoying though.

I talked to a local guy here in st.louis that works at a chevy dealer during the day and does tuning and modding on them at night at his house and he told me I was S.O.L. Like said above needs to be an 01 and newer to delete t.p.m.s.

I was told by two different tuners just to hit the reset button.

I have a 2000 vette and wanted to delete that too. i guess were s.o.l.
