Default New S/C best at Milan Dragway

I headed to Milan for a beautiful 67 degree day Saturday. My previous best this year was a 1.6 10.90 @ 124.5. I've made no changes. I had a little traction problem off the line.

My first run with a terrible burnout 1.83 12.1 @ 125

My second run with a cool down and a great burnout 1.61 10.48 @ 132.7

My third and final run hot lapped 1.63 10.64 @ 130.51

It was a great track prep. I wish it was in the 50's though.

Long live the stock 10-bolt (62,000 miles)!!!

Nice times. It was a nice day! I wasn't planning on going but I went outside at 2 pm and knew I had to find a babysitter and get up there! Track did seem good but the right lane always does! I hate the left lane and like always I spun like hell on street tires. My slicks held all night because I kept getting stuck in the left lane!

Just trying to make that stock 10-bolt last.....

I know 1.5's aren't a problem.

What do you think of the left lane? You hate it just like me? or you don't have a problem with it.

nice work Dennis that is moving nicely I'm surprised that it picked up that much mph with the weather. Upping the boost and shooting for 9s seems like the next step.

The tower lane was the one I spun bad. But, my burnout sucked ***.

They reprepped the lanes while cleaning up a car from hitting the wall. It gave the car a nice little cool down and some fresh VHT.

A new sdce tensioner setup will be coming along with a couple more lbs of boost and more meth. I want to have Dr Phil tune it. His cars that he tunes haul some major ***. Yours being one of them!!!

I have been up there 4 or 5 times this summer and spun like hell every time in the left lane. For me it always sucks! I didn't know anyone hit the wall.

Wow, very impressive, Dennis.

Let me know if you want to meet up this weekend to get a few runs in with the slow Gallardo. Supposed to be pretty nice out.

Again, congrats and nice trap!!

I'd love to take a ride in that Orange Beast!!! I'll bring some extra underwear.

Did you ever re-race that ZR1 with his new mods?

Yes, I ran the ZR1 again after his pullys and bolt ons. I won. But damn that bitch was fast. It went 140 mph in the 1/4 while hot lapping it.
