Default New PB - H/C LS1 - 10.72 @ 125.4mph

I had a track rental at Atco Raceway on Friday with some nice negative DA. Also the first time towing with the TBSS, which handled my camaro and a uhaul trailer without a problem!

Details:
TEA 243 stg 2 heads ~11.4:1 cr
228/232 111lsa streetsweeper HT cam
VR ported Fast 102
All supporting bolt-ons and suspension
stock 4l60e, vigilante 4k stall, S60 w/3.73 gears

It weighed in at 3390 lbs including me. Previous best last year was 10.89 @ 124mph in similar DA with the only changes being suspension adjustment!

Timeslips:
11.353 @ 123.95 - First pass spun
10.791 @ 125.22
10.801 @ 125.04
10.761 @ 125.00
10.802 @ 124.58
10.726 @ 125.41 - 1.49 60'
10.771 @ 125.02
10.784 @ 124.81
10.775 @ 124.78
10.729 @ 125.30
10.824 @ 124.24
10.822 @ 124.40
10.810 @ 123.83
10.879 @ 124.21
10.840 @ 124.61
10.773 @ 124.65

Awesome man glad to hear another update from you. Your car is one of the reasons I went tea 243 and did a 228 cam.

I cant say it is completely stock, I pulled the valve body to install most of a transgo HD2 kit on a garage floor 6 years ago, haha. I have fully expected it to explode everytime I make a pass, but its always held up!

Suspension is all tubular: UMI K member and upper a arms, bmr 1" drop lower a arms, lcas, phb, sfcs, chassis mount torque arm. Strange single adjustable coil overs up front, and summit 3 ways in the rear at 50/50 with stock springs.

Good job, T. Glad Sandy couldn't slow the Chrysler down! Hopefully I'll make the next one with something worthy.

Im pretty maxed out on power for this setup NA, and I dont feel it would be worth the effort to swap to a bigger cam and flycut. I drive on the street more than I drag race so I would rather not sacrifice more driveability for dropping maybe 2 tenths with a bigger cam.

Next up will likely be a 4L80E with a trans brake. The car will probably go slower with the bigger trans, but launching will be more fun!
