Default shakedown today

well i went to mason dixon today. didn't get the slicks mounted so i was on old 28x12.5 et streets so i turned timing back to 28deg. and just left on the footbrake. it blew the tires off then hazed them in high gear. you could actually see smoke coming off of them at the 1000' mark. but it still went 9.65 at 143 so all in all it wasn't that horrible of a day. now by next weekend when i get tires on it and get the chassis adjusted i should be able to put some power to it and get in the 8.90 range n/a. then comes the bottle lol.
