Default Are rear wheel spacers track legal?

I've had to grind SO much of my rear calipers to get my Weld Prostar 15x10's to fit, I'm going through the caliper. I have another set of calipers on the way and am thinking I will HAVE to run a thin spacer and have less grinding to get the clearance I need. Will a spacer be legal to run on the rears at the track? Thanks!

Yah I think im gonna run a 5/16th's spacer on my rears as well. I have alot of material off my driver side caliper and it still dosent clear my 15x10 pro stars, and I only have maybe 4mm on the pads as well.
