Default Whats the average et gain?

Never was a fan of removing my sway bar but its gonna be a really good night for racing at ned. Thinking about takin it off and driving up on the hoosier drs to improve my et before stall goes in next year. What kind of et improvement would I see from sway bar delete?

I honestly do not know because when people do this, they do a whole host of other things. IMO you will see an improvement and IMO just remove it, so it takes the weight off, instead of just disconnecting.

it helps more for weight transfer than weight removal...so if you are not hooking it could help alot...if you are dead hooking it isn't going to help but a few 100ths

My 60' before 1.83

After 1.74

I cut about 9 runs with it in and I only was able to cut mid to low 1.8s, after I took out the links I was able to cut 1.7s consistently.

After I removed it I never put it back in! it drives just fine ( off ramps are not a issue at all)

Yea but were you having issues hooking before removed SB? I dont have a stall in my car yet and hooking isnt that big of a problem yet for me.
So like chris says if im hooking now..then it wouldnt really help me?
