Default Anybody running the M&H 275/50/17 ?

want to try these next year, im just really nervous about them. i ran the MT 275/40/17 this year and they did alright, it was hit or miss with them though, some nights i was cutting 1.48 60ft times on them and other nights i couldnt get better than a 1.9. Im also kinda thinking about the MT 295/45/17. Info on my car is in my SIG.

Thinking about these as street tires too vs. The mt 295/45s. Similar price, wonder which would last longer?

I would est. that they will behave the same as M/T. I do not est that they will be superior. I look at 17" DR tires as good Street tires for cars making @ or over 400 RWHP.

"Hit or Miss" will be a fact of life for many reasons. I am sure more people will give them a shot, keep checking in. Check the tires section too.

You gotta love the aggressive tread pattern on these tires:

I have these tires and have been able to get mid to low 1.5x 60' times out of them. The tires are deff a softer compound and softer sidewall due to the kevlar belts. The work really well. The only thing I don't like about them is the fact that they run narrow. They look great from the side, but they look narrow from the back.
