Advice on Et street radials.

Advice on Et street radials. I'm not sure if this would fit the drag racing or wheel and tire section so I posted it in both.
My buddy has a 1971 nova with 15x8 weld draglites in the rear. As of now he has 27.00x10.5" et streets on the rear. He's wanting to swap to the new et street radials. My question is will a 275x60x15 go on the 15x8 wheel. Also will that size be taller than the current et streets? There isn't alot of extra room for clearance. Also what is a cheap/good place to order the radials from?
