I have a manual rack, that came off of an lt1 car, I am putting it onto my ls1 car. Is the steering knuckle any different between the two?

There is a 90 degree difference between LT1 and LS1 steering setups.

Well, thats just the angle difference between the output shafts of the rack itself and the steering column.
If you use an LS1 linkage on an LT1 rack, your wheel will be out 90 degrees.
