Default What's the proper way to fasten a harness to a bar/cage?

I'm going to be installing a Wolfe 6 point chrome-moly rollbar into my TA in less than two weeks and was wondering if people could share right and wrong ways of fastening the 5 point harness to the rear bar and floor. I.E. looping, drilling and bolting.... I don't have a NHRA rule book yet so I don't know what it states for this.

Thanks

I have my shoulder belts looped, and bound through the buckle. I have the waist belts bolted, the right side bolts to the old Seatbelt bolt, leaves a slight angle, but works well, and the left side is bolted to the seat stud, ontop of the left rear side slider. The crotch strap simply bolts ontop of the front studs. Hopefully this is correct and "legal".
