Default The Set-up is final!!! 56k beware!!

Now all I need is money
Well it is now the start of a long process of building my new toy. I have been posting some pics of work that is already done but I will repost now for those who have not yet to see any. The car should be getting the cage (10-point) put in soon and then to follow is my long list of parts. The components to this build are as follows.

AJE 2" drop spindles
AJE K-member
AJE Lower A-arms
Manual Rack
Wilwwod drag brakes up front
Strange drag brakes out back
AFCO DBL adjustable shocks in the rear
MADMAN torque arm
MADMAN LCA's
Wolfe spring perches
Wolfe mini tubs
Wolfe parachute mount w/ parachute
Billingsley FAB 9 (3.90 Gear)
Billingsley Anti-roll bar
M/T Drag Radial 315/60/15
Rossler TH-400 w/ brake (2-step)
Neal Chance custom converter
L92 short block form LME Built for nitrous (ALOT)
Trick flow 225cc Heads
Custom nitrous camshaft
FAST 90/90 untill I buy a sheetmetal
1 3/4 Headers untill I buy the kooks 1 7/8 to 2" stepped headers
Miziere race EWP
Jerry bickel steering wheel w/ quick release
Pro Fogger kit good to 500
Front end limiters

I think thats about all the important stuff. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Here are some of the pics I have from so far. Everything has been done in house so far and I hope to keep it that way except for the cage (no pipe bender )

You can also see more pics from the link in my sig...

Sounds like it's going to be one hell of a monster. You have a bunch of things done that I ultimately want to get done to my car. Rea, mini tub, suspension....

One question, although it might be some what of a newbie question. I noticed that your battery cutoff switch is on the left side of the bumper. I've noticed most people place theirs on the left side. What goes in to making a decision as to where the switch goes?

Nice looking project. Did you have to roll the fender lip for clearance?

Thanks alot guys, Yes this has all been done in my garage. The battery cut-off can be on either side as long as it is on the rear and easily accesable. The fenders where going to be rolled but someone got a little cut off wheel happy and cut the lip off. Looks fine though im happy with it. Ill keep you all as updated as possible.

The car looks great

I do have a question on the wheel/tire combo.

How much was your rearend narrowed?
What backspacing are your wheels?

I have the same wheel/tire combo with a narrowed rearend, but I want to lower the rear of my car down a little to get more clearance in front of the tire like your car.

Adjustablitly is easy yes, but in order for the car to ride as low as it is and with this particular torque arm the tunnel has to be "modified" as you can see. I will be covering it with a removable plate I believe, not sure though, the car is going to have carpet and all interior so im not sure what im going to do just yet.....

Looks real nice!!

What Manual rack is that in there? Is that custom brackets or a kit you can buy? One more, how do you like the AJE K-member?

Thanks,
Dan

Thanks, The manual rack is great on the street, I do have skinnies which helps but I do not mind it at all. The k-member is a very nice piece as well. You can buy the k-member and rack from AJE and they work together. Its the pinto rack on there site. I did not go with a true coil over in the rear basically because I did not see anyone with a coil over set-up for the rear.
