Default HVAC block off plate?

I am taking out my hvac and need to pick up a plate,Does anyone sell them?

Burkhart chassis makes a nice piece...I'm going to be making a few of my own pretty soon

Id just make your own. My guy thats installing my cage right now is doing it for almost nothing. Just a peice of carboard for a template, some sheetmetal from the hardware store than thats pretty much it.


Stupid cage lol.

I am going to be making some soon that keep the heater yet dump the heavy A/C. This comes up to about a 40Lbs savings while keeping the heater for those cold nights when that Huge winshield is fogged up and the wife is cold...although see hates the roll cage

I wanted to keep my heater but with my 10 point and dash bar I could have it, just no ducting.... all well. Ill make sure to keep a towel in the car hahaha.

Make your own. Its easy and gives alot of self satisfaction.
Way cheaper too.
This is an easy first project to get you on the road to fabricating your own parts.

For what is worth guys we are changing the ones that Billingsley has been selling..We are going to make them out of Polished Alum. Just to give it a little Bling..They will be the same price as the old ones..

buy a piece of metal and trace it out from the old HVAC piece.
cut it out. your done under $15

One thing you guys need to consider is that NHRA mandates a certain thickness..So be for you spend the $$ at your local hardware store do some home work..
