too much for a dd auto, my 3.23 gears locked up cruises around 1300-1400rpms at 50mph.

i have 410s in my daily driver 6spd and thye are fine, but go with 3.73s if you do gears. if its your first first mod, do a stall first

If you just drive it around town a bit and take it to the track I would do it but I would also get a cai and torque converter as well and a set of dragradials. You should run 12`s with that combo
Iff you drive the car on the highway much get 373`s.There isnt much differance between 373 and 410 in track times anyway

my car ran a 13.17 at 106 with lid and exhaust bogging down off the line cuz of the drag radials then i put 4.10's in and dropped down to a 12.71 at 109.
