Default why are numbers so low <dyno graph included>

ls1 shortblock
243 stock heads
pp 225/229 .580-.590 camshaft degree in at 110 ic
tf double adj timing chain
acc boss hog 3200 9.5in converter

hp 274
tq 270

The numbers are horrible I think that the cheap converter is eating them. It seems to be flashing way higher than 3200 but the drivshaft came apart and took tranny with it. So gonna go back with a better converter yank or fti probably a 25-2600. I want a smaller stall so it feels better on everyday driving but still helps out some when you get in it.
