LSX block, 4.070" Wiseco pistons, tool steel wrist pins, 6.125" Callies Compstar H-beam rods, stock crank and around 9.5:1-9.7:1 compression.

PRC 260cc LS3 small bore heads, stock trunion upgraded rockers, BTR Platinum springs shimmed to Tick Performance specifications, 5/16" BTR push rods, LS7 lifters and a custom Tick Performance 227/247 .624"/.632" 115 lsa blower camshaft.

Engine is built by Jonathan Atkins in house at Tick Performance.

Stock LS3 intake, fast fuel rails, FIC injectors, A&A fuel system(considering an Aeromotive), 93 octane pump gas and dual 10gph methanol nozzles fed with VP M1 methanol.

Tick Performance built TR-6060 with a Centerforce DYAD twin disc clutch, drive shaft shop Level 5 axles, Tick built C6 diff with a Quaife differential with 300m axle shafts, Pfadt Johnny O'connell front and rear shocks and sway bars.

A&A 8 rib supercharger kit with YSI head unit and an Innovators West dampener. We will be maxing the head unit out completely. A&A air to air intercooler.

We're gunning for nothing less than 950rwhp with 1000rwhp+ as the customer's ultimate goal.

This Vette will hopefully make it's maiden hits and appearance at TX2K14.

Only thing that changed from the post from 11-27-13 is we are now using Total Engine Airflow Trick Flow Specialties 255cc GenX cylinder heads and we knocked compression down to 9.25:1 for added safety. These are the new TFS LS3 heads FWIW.

These numbers were done on 20psi and Citgo 93 octane pump gas.

Why change from the PRC heads?

that 962whp on the YSI in the vid above, on a normal straight 8 rib belt I think is the highest whp I've ever seen without a direct/secondary/flip drive and 8 rib belt. Maybe a record for corvettes?

Can't believe that's on straight pump gas. With some methanol or E85 that's an eassssyyyy 1k+ whp with more timing I bet. AWESOME.

are you saying that the block itself doesn't take well to the750+whp? or thee internals? this was all very helpful I'm working on doing a very similar build, sc ls3, wanted at least 700whp with it. planned on doing forged internals but if the block wont hold that I might need to rethink things. any words of advice are helpful thanks

There are thousands of ECS/A&A/Procharged LS3's out there that have been running 700rwhp for years. Blower/Meth/Headers is all you need.
