Z06 P1SC, cam, LT's, methanol, tuning....
First I want to say I will have a video of these pulls up in a day or so.
The car is an 02 Z06, 4800 mi, stock heads/shortblock/clutch/trans, mild cam (not sure of the exact specs but likely less than 220 deg on both sides), 4.11 gear, longtubes, methanol injection, and a ATI P1SC 3.85 pulley at 9 psi. We did a Racetronix in tank in addition to the inline booster pump. That Racetronix kit is TOP NOTCH by the way. Very good instructions and all necessary hardware is in there. 93 pump gas and 25 deg of timing, which we pushed it to 28 with NO KR, God bless methanol injection, but only saw 8 extra hp so we backed it off to 25. Anyhow, final numbers were 617 rwhp and 507 rwtq. You will just have to see the dyno graph to appreciate how well tuned this setup is. Jeff Creech did a tremendous job on the tuning. Had it dead nuts in 4 pulls, did 3 more playing with the methanol. Will have the vid up soon, and hopefully a race or two down the road.
The best part is, we arent done with the car. Next year will see a forged stroker, worked heads, cam, and a much bigger blower.

The customer asked for 600/500, you see what he got. He was very pleased, and so was I. Very nice guy, the owner. WHen the car came to me it had the all the mods on it (thus the slight lack of detail in the first post) save the methanol, blower pulley swap, the fuel pump and some 42 lb inj. We put it on the dyno here in Charlotte and I knew just by looking at the graph, air/fuels, and tune that it had a good bit more in it. It pulled 540/455 then, so he picked up what.... 77 hp and 52 lb tq. Not bad for a few more "bolt ons" and a retune. Seriously Jeff did work a minor miracle on tuning on this car. It is a beast. Throttle respons belies the gains, it feels like it gained much more in the mid-range.

On the vid, the camera i filmed it with (digital) is haveing some sort of issues, which have been fixed, just dont have the camera back yet to upload the footage. Its just a few dyno pulls, i want to get a 60-150 roll on with the camera on the speedo to add to it. Anyhow, customer picked up the car 2 days ago and is more than happy with it. Next we will begin some drivetrain mods and a 6 pt roll bar.
