Default I came up short...

I dyno'd my car for the first time today, and after all the mods I'd done to it after getting back from Iraq, and finding ways to spend my hazard pay, I was REALLY hoping to be in the 400 club.

I have all the bolt ons/ LS6 intake,S3 TB, Pulley, Lid, bellow, FTRA, Kooks 1 3/4"'s, 2.5" TD's...

228/228 .575/.575 112LSA Cam from Futral

Missed my mark by 56 ponys and 64 TQ

346/336

Do I have a Super Slug?

Something is wrong somewhere. I would hope for at least 360-370 if you have an auto. M6 should be closer to 400.

Was this a Mustang dyno or something else? M6 or A4? Those usually report lower numbers than a Dyno Jet. I didn't see you list a tune, that would definitely help, but I don't think you'd gain 54 RWHP. I think you should look into a good tune, and scan the PCM to see what's going on. She should have a lot more in her than that. At least another 30 RWHP for an M6. I wouldn't worry about it until you've exhausted all your resources.

You should be in the 380-390 range at least. Like they said, use all your resources. Check the compression ratio. If it was a mustang dyno, yes they do report lower numbers but I would still expect 365-370 on a mustang dyno. Good choice on the cam too. Now find that problem and report back with what was wrong.

They use a dynojet. You should be right around 385-400 rwhp. They do dyno tunning there. Maybee you should ask for some help and tune on their dyno.

i assume you went to the dyno day yesterday? from what i heard all the modded cars put down way shitty numbers. i'd go dyno somewhere else and get another comparison number. my buddies 5.0 put down 310rwhp/350rwtq on a mustang dyno and put down 294rwhp on the dyno day.
