Default First Dyno 2001 ss Airlid and Powershot filter Only

Hello all, went for my first ever dyno today. The numbers are 307.8rwhp and 331rwtq. I guess this is middle of the road and where the numbers should be from what I can tell. Here is a link to my graph:

why did it cut-out at 5600 rpm....? should have gone to 6200rpm.....?

the numbers look very nice... thats a great tourqe curve....
thats a good baseline.... AFR looks good too...

now throw on some good LONG TUBES, and other bolt-ons....
and youll see 340rwhp 350rwtq.

Thanks for your comments. I guess the Dyno operator decided to quit at 5600 since it appeared the peak HP was achieved at around 5400 rpm. I noticed on your chart you had a small HP drop around 5700, and then it continued to climb after that. Makes me wonder a bit. What is a safe redline for a 2001 stock LS1? I guess 6200 is good since that is where you took yours.

well 6200 rpm is the STOCK limiter, so i just bounce of that all the time.... its fine... and with my CAM i should probly be reving to 6500-6600 but i havent raised the limiter yet.....ive heard STOCK bottom ends seeing 7800rpm... (accident) but it did fine....
so 6200 rpm is just fine...... dont worry.. next time just tell him to hit the limiter...
