Smile First dyno #'s what ya think

I posted a while back that I got the car dynoed and was running very lean, 16 to 18. I went back this Sat to get it tuned and found out that the MAF was bad. Here are the #'s
Acutal: 332.9 HP and 345.7 TQ
SAE: 316.4 HP and 328.5 TQ

The car feels much better after the tune, doesnt feel as rough when I get on it and it starts up much nicer.

Its a 00 SS, and Chris is the one who tuned it. He is a good guy, im glad he found why it was running so lean. Everybody at RPM were cool.

I hope those numbers weren't with your longtubes. I dynoed 331/338 completely stock with a lid and cutout, stock filter, stock LS1 intake. Those were corrected numbers, actual were higher than that. This was done on a dynojet dyno. It does not dyno high either because a 98 ran right after I did and only put down 310/315 with the same mods as myself.

lol.........mine and your cars must have been built side by side, because when I dynoed mine with the same mods, lid, cutout, free mods, it did 332 rwhp and 335 rwtq, and this was at TEA's dyno, whihc is known to be low!

no that was with all the mods I have in my sig. I though the #'s were pretty good for an A4, could be wrong though.

The numbers seem good to me. Consider yourself fortunate. My 99 M6 dynoed 296 rwhp with a lid and 328 with longtubes.

he's right, a4s don't put out the same numbers as the m6s. my 98 m6 put out 338rwhp and 347rwtq with the mods listed in my sig (except the cam and ls6 intake) so I'd say those are very good numbers
