Default Pacesetter 1 3/4" to Kooks 1 7/8" results on a "SI" car.
Posted this in the External section but thought you guys might be interested too.
Well i threw the headers on today. dynoed it a couple times, swapped out and dynoed a couple more times. The results were pretty much the same. printed it in MPH instead of rpm cause it looks more like a normal graph.
It sounds a hair quieter at idle and a hair louder while driving, but it also sopunds a little deeper. I'm happy. Next up is to throw the dinosaur in it.

Are you serious? its just a header swap with the only difference being 1/8" in the primaries diamater.

Actually, a retune would show the difference in the header designs. Even different 1-3/4" headers of different length/diameter primaries/collector design can show 10-15rwhp differences at different RPMs when optimally tuned.

Because the graphs look identical means the tune is the restriction.

Juan have you even retuned it for the 90/90 yet? I would say that with the 90/90 and the 1 7/8" headers that it needs to be retuned.

Yeah it was tuned for the 90/90. It was a little on the rich side though. But i haven't had any $$$ for a retune. and when i throw the Dinosaur in i'm going SD.
