fairly easy to do, heck you should be close to it depending on how good the heads are.
what do you put down?
A combo very similar to yours with a good intake, good exhaust components should get really really close.
There is a big 408 dyno# thread lurking around too.

A handfull of AFR 225 402/408 combo's have seen 550. I know Mikey at Rapid did one and Ryne's Z06 on this board has one as well. Both of those are with hydraulic rollers as well and I know there are more but these are the two that come to mind right now. Hell, my 383 almost made that with a small solid roller but it is a very optimized package obviously.
While it's certainly not easy to do, with good heads and the right combination that figure is definately attainable even with the current "cathedral" port designs.

How quickly we forget... Below is 2 year old setup..

The above pulls were all done when I had ASP pulley installed. I backed up my numbers at Coastal Dyno several times on pump gas with cool down. At RevXtreme minus ASP pulley I dyno'd 543rwhp on 93 octane with no fan or cool down and slipping clutch. My numbers were acquired via no electric water pump, no short belt mod, and with 6.0L heads.

its definately an "in the works" setup... i still need headers, fast 90/90, injectors, and a dyno tune.. then she will purring like a kitten
i put down 410 RWHP untuned, stock manifolds, stock intake, stock intake manifold, stock paper filter, stock exhaust system, and stock injectors
(i know i know... its very very risky running the car how it is without a tune.. the tune is on the way once the new transmission goes in)
