Numbers in sig!. This car pulls like a mother! I still haven`t sprayed her yet! Still breaking in the motor and learning how to drive with the new power. I would put her up against any 530-550rwhp 6sp.

For around 10K I got a complete motor with ET 245 heads. This was everything new except intake etc. Worth every penny! If your not going to spray or put a big turbo on etc, go alumin block. the iron is to hold up better with boost and spray!!

One out of our shop with a very mild cam dyno'd 440 rwhp on a Mustang and that is with an unlocked 3600 stall. Expect the car to go high 10's when we are done (full weight car).

Not a 408 just yet, but the 383 put down 459/421 through a Rossler 4L60E, 12 bolt and a PT4200 NA. It ran 10.60s in the 1/4 @ 3520#s.
The 408 should bump the HP/TQ up and the ET down a bit hopefully. I'll post the dyno#s within a week.....good or bad.

I finally got to dyno the new set up yesterday on the Mustang dyno. It put down 496 rwhp and 470ish TQ. The Dynojet was out of service and we didn't really play with fueling or timing too much the WB wasn't working either. We left it at 27* timing and added a little fuel since it increased hp when we added a little fuel prior to that. I didn't realize they had pull new belts on the car so we were running the PS and AC on those pulls.
That was locked through a 4L60E and a 12 bolt w/3.73 gears. I will post a new thread with the dyo graph when I get a chance. It is surprisingly very streetable.
It's a iron block 408, ported 5.3 heads and the cam is a custom grind 248/252 112+4.
