Wink PRC stage 2.5 5.3's / MS3 / EWP / 9090 / Bolt Ons / Exhuast

RESULTS: 461 RWHP 392 RWTQ

Finally got the car tuned by Jeremy Formato.

Tuning was a bit tricky, and took about an hour and a half to get it really dialed in (dyno and street), still have some bugs to tune out...but we ran out of time...nevertheless, it runs and sounds sick...and oh yeah it HAULS MAJOR ***.

We took it for a street tune after the dyno tune and from 5 k to 7 k it felt like fast forward, that is the only way to explain it...

Mods:

PRC 5.3 Stage 2.5 heads 10.75-1 CR
MS3 237/242 113
EWP
Fast 90 NW 90
March UP
42# green tops/speed inc rails
Racetronix pump
Textralia Exo Skel
t56 Rebuilt tranny
10 bolt, 4.10 gears

*93 octane was used*

*EDIT*
Below is the graph as promised, however it is a photocopy and it is hard to see the numbers on the x and y axis...you get the idea though...not a bad graph, torque picks up at 3000 RPM right around 350 ft lbs if I am reading correctly..enjoy

Dyno Pull 2

Dyno Pull 3 (461/392)

On the way home with my dad, nailed it from 2nd gear through 4th, just to give you an idea, it SCREAMS

I am happy, and already want to go faster...i recommend this set up to ANYONE!

SPECIAL THANKS TO: J & J Performance in Ft. Myers, Jeremy Formato, and all the guys who stuck around to see this thing move! Thanks guys!

Thats awesome man. I'd love to see a graph.
Mines going in this weekend for a tune and I've got similar mods. Mines an auto, but same cam, TEA 1.5 heads, fast 90, no ewp, 37 lb inj, and racetronix pump also.
Is your fast 90 ported? Any before and after on the ewp?

very nice indeed. I actually thought that the TQ would of broke 400 but your close enough. I wonder how long it will last till you break the 10 bolt now. You have the bug now and you already want to go faster. haha. You can alsways throw a little juice on there.

Dude your car will MOVE, especially with those TEA's!

I do not have a before and after on the h20 pump...unfortunately...that was a draw back of doing it all at once...but doing it all at once was the biggest PERK, so I just did it...

I love the EWP...works VERY well to cool, easy to install, and picks up power...car pulls hard, trust me

Thats awsome man I think I have to copy you and do about the same setup that exactly what im looking for. Does the car idle really well now you need some new idle clips since its been tuned. Did you get the new injectors in now also and have the duty cylce turned down? I was afraid the ms3 might be too big hows the drivability?

Haha thanks Bill, thank you too for setting me up initially....

I asked Jeremy a few times about the IAC, but he never really answered my question??? I wasn't sure if he heard me or what, but I will see if I can ask him next time I see him...

Anyway, yeah tires=USELESS

He set idle at 950...we are still working on that though...it sometimes moves around...but for the most part yeah it sits at 950 and sounds WICKED...like I said though, we are going to work on it more when he comes back in town..he wants to tweak it a bit more on the street..

I will get some more clips and add over the next few days! This will include in car, fly bys, digs, highway, idle, WOT etcetc so ya'll can get a good idea what it does and how it sounds...

The MS3 is a great cam, and really stood up to all of its claimed power! @ 7000 RPM the thing STILL was making power, but torque began to drop off...we had to move the limited to 7200...

Streetability is EXCELLENT...honestly, my Textralia Exo Skel is a bit tougher to tame than the cam...that clutch wants MORE AND MORE power..no screwin around with that thing...

I HIGHLY recommend the MS3, it is a great TOP END cam (5000-7000 is REDICULOUS, 3000-5000 is wicked too, but the show is at the top)
Also remeber that I have the 5.3 heads, which really help down low..I honestly have NO problem with the amount of torque at 3000 RPM. I would say cam only you would lose a lot of low end, but if you get the right set of heads, then you can enjoy the top end of the cam but still have MAJOR ***** down low! That is why I love this set up..

If anyone has any questions..or is EVER in the area pm me, I will be more than happy to drive you and let you drive it, its a fun car, tons of useful power..and its sexy as hell too hahaha

I appreciate all the comments fellas, glad my hard work is paying off
