Get staged then pull clutch to where you feel it start to engage, give it a little rpm, then slip it out. IMO thats best way of launching stock 10 bolt to try to keep it alive. (you'll find your own method once you make a couple runs) If you're not worried about the 10 bolt, give it some gas and drop it with some nice sticky tires.
Low 14's I'd guess, unless you get a pretty clean run you may break into the 13's.

When you have it at it's engaging point wait til last yellow then basically get out of the clutch asap then floor it with all motor. But ride clutch a bit to get out of the hole so it's not a shock to the rear. Hard for me to explain it... Just take it out in the country and practic your launching, sounds dumb but I did it in the old car and helped out my launching a lot.
