USCG T/A

I’m getting ready to purchase some new wheels and tires and I am looking for a good place to get them mounted and balanced but also to do an alignment. My front tires now have gone bald on the outer edge so after researching on here I read that stock alignment will always do that. Any other ideas? Thanks for any recommendations. Oh, I live in Devon, PA so anywhere near there or in DE would be great. Thanks.
