For those of you that remember Ken M. w/ the black '98 Formula.... I was on AIM today which rare for a weekday as I had off from work. He came on and we got caught up on things. As it turns out he also moved to North Carolina (as did we) and is 90 minutes from us.
Ken and his wife Trish have two sons and they bought a sweet pad near Raleigh. I had heard they moved south but I thought it was SC, pretty cool that they moved to NC and not too far from us!
We'll definately be getting together soon. Ken said he whole neighborhood is filled with people from up north who saw the prices down here and made the jump. Our neighborhood is basically the same way. Anyways, I figured some of you might remember Ken....

Wow, kind of ironic, I just saw his AIM name in a 'logged on' pop up wondow twice not 3 days ago (I haven't seen that pop up in over 2 years LOL).
Very cool that he's so close to you guys, I had no idea they got out of NY.
Very hard to resist the temptations of a HUGE 4BR/3BTH, 2 car garage house for under $200k
That can't even buy you a SMALL 1 BR/1BTH condo (now approaching $250k
) in my neighborhood.
