Default Some more turbo fabbing...

Started the DP. I was going to have it exit on the pass. side originally, then moved it to the dr. side, thats why the dp looks like it does. Cast manny's...T67...2.5 crossover pipes...3" DP.

Looks kind of, crude. Homemade I guess huh?

Cool anyways, cause I could never do anything like that yet.

I didnt think it looked that bad... Some nice welds with a mig, DP is longer than it needd to be, but other than that its pretty well laid out with stock manifolds.

Thanks. Its not for my car though. I am going to sell it and fab a true header setup for my car with GT42-76 T6. I suspect this combo will support 600rwhp with the T67 turbo.

looks good to me. that last piece is a little crude, but the rest looks pretty damn good. that last pic tho, you can grind it, smooth it, and it will look great.

Pic is deceptive. The DP hangs 2" below K-member.

The only part I don't like is that tight 90 on the downpipe.
How are you holding the weight of the Turbo?

Looks pretty good to me! nothing a disk grinder won't clean up alot on that downpipe... the last turn is a little tight, but with what your goals are with the kit, I'd think it should still work fine.

It is just supported by the pipes, but I may fab a bracket. The turbo only weighs 15lbs.

Ran out of 90 and 180 degree pieces. It wont hurt hp too much, especially for <600rwhp setup. If that turn was right after the turbo, then I would think about changing it...but its several "feet" away.
