Default House work done!!!!! (for now)

I've spent the last 3-4 months working all of my free nights & weekends on my basement... When I moved in it was unfinished and flooded every spring... well after lots work... my Entertainment room, weight room, Bathroom & laundry are done! I also converted from oil to gas heat & put in a whole new heating system. Only thing left is to touch up a little paint here & there & move in...

In celebration I'm going to do alot of This weekend... I haven't done enough lately

so where's the bar gonna go?

i saw this show on the history channel once, where they converted this guy's basement into a 1920's speakeasy. it was badass!!! they had all kinds of hidden compartments and gambling tables and stuff. i'd love to do that to my basement... and then i'd walk around with a pinstripe suit and a tommy gun

My house work is the reason I don't have a heads, cam & 100 shot on the Z06... And next comes the outside... new siding, landscaping, new deck.... So I'll be slow on spending $$ on my car...

I was going to go with a nice built in wet bar... but It was going to dig into the pool table space... so I'll prob put a smaller one in the corner

I was going to wait to post pics until I had cleaned up the boiler room a little more, painted the floors, and finished the walls but here it is...

Wall mount Munchkin 80 (and will be using the vision control), B/W 65gl indirect water heater. 3 zones, one for water heater... one for upstairs baseboard and one for basement radiators... I went with runtal flat panel radiators in the basement...

I noticed you have the old condensate hose assembly, you might want to look into upgrading that to our new condensate hose, it flows alot better and you wont have to worry about it ever backing up.

Haha, we've prob installed 150-200+ in the last couple years, it's a great setup. Actually the first one we installed was in Charles Bronsons house roughly 3 years ago

I think I remember you saying you worked there when I posted up this pic a year or so ago...

Thanks.. I'll post pics once I have it set up. But I have surround sound wired through the entire place... 7 speakers in the main TV/Pool room and a seperate 4 speaker setup for the weight room along with a wall mount and outlets for my LCD in the weight room... It's going to be a serious batchelor house by the time I'm done.

Whats your new condensate? whats different about it? I was worried I was going to have to use a C. pump, but I had enough grade to pipe it and used an acid neutralizer...
