Got a warining today
Well on the way home from work today I got pulled over for my exhaust by a west bridgewater cop. He gives me a little **** about how loud it was and then proceeded to go back to his car. He comes back and asked me if I had nitrous in the car. WTF?? how did we go from exhaust to nitrous. Anyway I said yes I do. He started giving me **** about how I could get into trouble by not having a permit to carry it. I was like well as long as its not hooked up it shouldnt be a problem. He asked if it was hooked up and I told him no it wasnt. Anyway he ended up giving me a written warning for the exhaust. As I type this the loudmouth has already been sold.

could have been worse. I'm waiting for a cop to harrass me with teh loud exhaust... but they haven't yet. I actually had a NB cop compliment the way it sounded and smelled with the race gas, and tell me to keep it safe last saturday night. I don't suspect that will go on for too much longer, but I'll ride it out as long as I can

Yeah thats what I was thinking. I was praying he wasnt going to look under the car for cats. Then I really would have been fucked. Iam glad I only got a written warning, but its going to suck to see the loudmouth go.

You've got a cam with LT's, ORY, and the loudmouth? That thing has got to be obnoxiously loud. You shouldv'e played dumb and told him that you think it is all factory equipment.

Check out the link in my sig. That was mac mids/ory/magnaflow with a 232/238 slowhawk cam. Was real mellow crusing but nice and throaty at WOT. Plus magnaflow is one of the best flowing and nicest systems out there for the money.

Haha I hear that. After my cam install i rolled around with mac mids/ory/lm and it was insane. It was fun but you could hear my car sooooooo far away it was absurd and there was no way to quiet it. Plus after driving in the car for 20 mins id have a headache. LM had to go

Oh well Justin. I guess it was fun while it lasted. Do the quiet catback with an electric cutout and you'll be fine again.
I remember when my Z had LTs no cats and a LM. I got pulled over right by the corner of my street, and the cop asked if I had cats. Luckily it was on the way home from the track. So I showed him my time slips and told him I had the cats at home, and that I was going to switch them back in. Of course that was a blatant lie. He then proceeds to tell me, that he won't have to see my car, if he just hears it next time, I'm going to be in major trouble.
So another cop car pulls up too, right about the time where he gives me a warning and he walks up to the other cop and says to him "Listen to this thing when he starts it."
I got 2 bullets put in the next week...
I can tell you for sure, I don't miss driving loud cars at all. I guess I'm getting old.
