Default Finally I got my 4l60e back!

well i just got a call from a DHL delivery dude asking where my house was, so i guess that means my tranny is back! this weekend im gonna come home from school and install it... hopefully have it running by sunday night and have the covnerter broken in.... then the weekend after i will come home and actually get to see what this lil bolt on LT1 can do!

Oh BTW brad i dont think the driveshaft i got off ya is going to work, it seems considerably shorter then the stocker.... im not sure why, but i think im just going to throw the stocker in for now so i can actually get behind the wheel. and make some passes, i'll bring the driveshaft back down with the motorcycle jack not this weekend but the weekend after... if its cool with you...

Cool man, CPT is suppose to be a good builder, let us know what you think. That 3600 stall should be a good match for a bolt on lt1 looking to make some #'s.

It may be a little shorter. I think the difference is in the tail shafts of the 4L60E's. I don't really remember now but when i was doing my swap I want to say there was a few stupid differences between the two.

Did he give you his stock Drive Shaft. If thats the case you have to remember that came out of a T56 care not an A4.
