STFU and let people see it for themselves.
I too saw it last night in a radio station sponsored sneak preview (in IMAX). It was a good damn movie. I am a Batman fan from back in the day. Comic book geek I guess I was. Thats goin back to the very early 70s. When Batman was 'THE DARK NIGHT'.

I just started a thread about the IMAX screening but figured I'd ask here too. I have IMAX tickets for King of Prussia, PA on Sunday. I have not seen a regular feature length IMAX (only documentaries) and just curious if it is too big? I mean do you stretch your neck a lot to see the whole screen? Does it fill the whole screen? If so, not sure how they maintain the widescreen aspect ratio of the film. Wouldn't they need to cut some off the top and bottom? Sorry to hijack. Just curious since you have seen it in IMAX.

Some of the scenes fill the entire screen. Other scenes, no. Widescreen effect on those.
Yes, your neck will hurt from looking up, and all around. Mine hurt the next day.
It is awesome though. I saw Spiderman in IMAX too. Another good special effects movie for that type screen.

IMAX is actually filmed with IMAX cameras, and IMAX film. Totally different.

It really is a truly incredible movie. I am also a long time Batman fan and follower. No other movie could do what they did, the thing couldve been 5 hours long and it still would be on the top. I dont think I have ever been that INTO a movie, ever.
Sadly, I believe part of the movies theatricality and intense emotion comes from the fact that heath ledger is no longer alive, after playing such a devious role, which he definitely fulfilled.
